Shipping from ALCOstores.com is FAST and easy!

Most orders placed Sunday through Thursday will ship within 24-48 hours, provided that credit card information is correct, the order is not oversized, and the order was not placed on a holiday.

ALCO ships orders only to the 48 contiguous United States. We are not able to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, internationally, to non-state US Territories/Protectorates, to APO or FPO, or PO boxes.

ALCO cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by ALCOstores.com or other parties as an estimate.

Multiple Product Orders

Orders comprised of multiple products may ship from multiple locations, and therefore may arrive as multiple shipments. You will receive a separate email confirmation for each individual shipment in your order. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

If any portion of your order becomes unavailable or is out of stock, the entire order may be canceled. You will be notified of the order’s cancellation and given the option to reorder those items which are available.

Canceling Your Order

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping by calling the ALCOstores.com Customer Service Center at 1-800-976-0542 Monday through Friday between 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time, or  Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

Once you've completed checkout, we cannot reroute your order or change your shipping address. This is to ensure the security of your order.
